With Business Mobile Banking, you can check you account balances, view recent transactions, transfer money between your Checking and Savings accounts and locate the nearest CVCB ATMs and branches.

How Do I Enroll?

Current Business Online Banking Customers

Business Online Banking Customers can sign up today by following these easy steps:

  • Log In to your Central Valley Community Bank Business Online Banking Account
  • Click on the “Other Services” tab
  • Select the “Mobile Banking” link
  • Completed the enrollment process
  • Follow the links within the text messages that will be sent to your phone to complete the enrollment
  • Log In to the CVCB Business Mobile Banking App using your Business Online Banking Username and Password

Current CVCB Customers Without Business Online Banking
If you have a Central Valley Community Bank Business Checking or Savings Account and need to sign up for Business Online Banking, please contact customer service, your Personal Banker of fill out the Cash Management Information Request Form to begin the enrollment process.

Not a Central Valley Community Bank Customer?
If you are not a Central Valley Community Bank Business Banking customer, you must open a Business Checking or Savings Account with the Bank and be enrolled in Business Online Banking to download and access the Business Mobile App. For more information about Central Valley Community Bank accounts, visit your nearest Central Valley Community Bank office or visit our Business Checking or Business Savings accounts page.

Which phones can I use with Business Mobile Banking?
Mobile Banking with Central Valley Community Bank supports most models for these major brands: iPhone, HTC, LG, Motorola, Nokia, Pantech, Samsung, Sanyo, and Sony Ericsson. We support phones on a number of different operating systems, including (but not limited to) Android, iOS, Symbian, Windows Mobile, Linux, Palm webOS, and Maemo. 

What Mobile service carriers support Business Mobile Banking?
Mobile Banking works on all major mobile service carriers in the U.S.: AT&T, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and Verizon Wireless. Mobile Banking also works on a number of smaller carriers, including (but not limited to) Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro PCS, Pioneer Cellular, Union Wireless, and Virgin Mobile USA.

I have a prepaid plan. Can I use Business Mobile Banking?
Mobile Banking works with most prepaid plans but we cannot guarantee that your carrier supports standard U.S. short codes. T-Mobile prepaid does not support short codes so you will not be able to use the SMS text message service of Mobile Money with this plan.

What if I forget my password?
Your password for Business Online Banking and Mobile Banking are the same. You will need to change your password in Business Online Banking to access your Business Mobile Banking. From your PC, attempt to Log In to your Business Online Banking account, select the "Forgot Your Password?" option. Follow the process to select a new password. For security purposes, you will need to contact Customer Service at (800) 298-1775 to unlock your Mobile banking account before you are able to Log In.

How current is the account and transaction information?
You will not be able to see any pending transactions. You will be able to see the current available balance and the most recently posted transactions.

Is there a monthly fee for Business Mobile Banking?
No. Central Valley Community Bank offers Business Mobile Banking free of charge for all Business Online Banking customers. Message and data rates may apply; check your plan for details.

Can I pay my bills with Business Mobile Banking?
No. You are able to pay bills through the Business Online Banking system through your PC only. 

Why are all of my Mobile Banking text messages coming from 469228?
Central Valley Community Bank's Business Mobile Banking registered short code is 469228. You receive all Mobile Banking text messages from this number.

What is a short code?
A short code is a shorter version of a phone number. Generally, 5-6 numbers in length. You can send and receive text messages from a standard U.S. short code as well as a traditional phone number.

What does "standard messaging charges apply" mean?
Every mobile service carrier has a different rate plan for text messaging and data service access. You may be charged per use or pay a flat rate for unlimited usage each month. You may also have different fees for text messaging and data services access. Contact your mobile carrier directly if you are not sure what fees you are charged for text messaging.

How to enroll: If you would like to enroll in Business Bill Pay, please contact customer service, your Personal Banker of fill out the Cash Management Information Request Form to begin the enrollment process. After a Bill Pay agreement has been signed and set up has been completed, you will have access to begin using Bill Pay.

To access Bill Pay, click on the “Business Apps” tab and click on the “Pay Bills” button.
